BEGINNER’S MEDITATION HIKE AT DEVIL’S DEN & BLACK APPLE CROSSING CIDERY
An incredible day hike through Devil’s Den State Park to reach a breathtaking view. We will cover 3 miles on easy terrain. The trail climbs up to a ridge with invigorating views of the surrounding landscape while being completely immersed nature. We will reach an amazing view at Yellow Rock. Here, we will find the perfect and calm spot for a session of outdoor beginner's meditation that will allow us to get in touch with our inner self and with nature through basic earthing, gentle stretch, progressive relaxation, guided imagery and silent meditation. This will be a great opportunity to uncover the restorative power of nature. As we wrap up a great day of hiking and meditation, we will then head to Black Apple Crossing Cidery. Enjoy complimentary over twelve different ciders in a great atmosphere.
