OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CHALLENGE
Get ready for a day of fun, connection, and adventure at Lake Atalanta in Rogers, AR! Gather with your AOII sisters for an unforgettable field day designed to build teamwork, strengthen friendships, and create lasting memories.
The day kicks off with a fun team-building challenge, giving your group a chance to work together and put your teamwork to the test. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at the main park pavilion before heading out for an afternoon of free play and outdoor adventure.
From yard games and live music to cruising the trails on an e-bike or exploring the lake by paddle, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re looking to compete, relax, explore, or simply spend time together, this is your chance to enjoy the outdoors and build connection with your sisters!

ITINERARY
12:00pm-12:30pm | Arrival & Team Check-In
Sign your Liability Waiver online before you arrive.
Bigs drop off sisters at the “Drop Off Area” at Lake Atalanta on the map below.
Check-in with 37 North Staff at “Home Base” to verify your signed waiver.
Each sister will receive a ticket that can be used at the “Oh Snap!” ice cream truck.
12:30-1:00pm | Team Building Activity: Trust Circle
Divide into 3 even teams: Team Alpha, Team Omicron, Team Pi.
Check your ice cream ticket for your team assignment.
Form a Circle: Work together in small groups around a shared rope.
Lean Together: Use balance and counterweight to support one another.
Sit & Stand: Coordinate as a team to sit down and stand back up together without letting go of the rope.
1:00pm-1:15pm | Event Orientation & Announcements
Lunch will be available at the “Lunch & Restrooms” point on the map below.
Bikes will be available at the “Bike Station” point on the map below.
Kayaks & Paddleboards will be available at the “Paddle Put In” point on the map below.
Equipment will be limited, so enjoy yard games and live music located near “Home Base” point on map below.
1:30pm | Lunch Call
Catered by Craveable NWA: Enjoy a delicious spread featuring grazing-table charcuterie, specialty charcuterie (Gluten, Nut & Dairy Free) cups, snacks, and drinks.
Grab & Enjoy: Lunch is served buffet-style, so grab what you like and enjoy it at your own pace.
Fuel Up: With a full afternoon of outdoor fun ahead, we recommend grabbing lunch sooner rather than later to stay fueled and refreshed.
1:30pm-4pm | Lunch & Free Play
Live Music: Enjoy music from our DJ throughout the afternoon.
Ice Cream: Bring your ticket to Oh Snap! ice cream truck to cool off and enjoy a sweet treat with your sisters.
Lawn Games: Challenge your friends to some friendly competition or relax and enjoy the day.
Sisterhood: Most importantly, slow down, have fun, and make memories together!
Important Event Details
At check-in, each sister will receive an ice cream ticket with her team assignment. You’ll be assigned to one of three teams: Team Alpha, Team Omicron, or Team Pi.
Once you’ve checked in, find your team and get ready to work together! When all three teams are assembled, we’ll share the instructions and put your trust, teamwork, and coordination to the test.
