Outdoor Team Building Challenge
Bound by Sisterhood, Unleashed in Adventure
Our team scavenger hunt will take place at Lake Atalanta in Rogers, AR. Our whole day will be about socializing within AOII to create lasting memories and new friendships. Our day will begin by breaking into smaller groups to engage in a scavenger hunt where teams have to use a map to find hidden clues around the property. 3 different course activations will take you around the lake, navigate open water, and explore hidden trails to unlock clues as a team. This super fun and dynamic experience is the perfect way to work together while also seeing the amazing outdoor scenery!
Afterwards, feel free to mingle to enjoy live music and yard games, cruise the trails on an E-bike, or enjoy a paddle on the water. Lunch will be served at the main park pavilion, as well as snack stations to keep everyone fueled up for the days adventure!

ITINERARY
Our day will begin by locating your team captain and working together to strategize your teams plan of action to complete the first course. After completing the first course, team captains will check back to home base after completing each course to receive their next course packet. Each team will have 3 courses to complete!

11:00am-12:30pm | Scavenger Hunt Challenge

Each sister will receive a number 1-40 prior to the event, as well as Team Captain assignments. Upon arriving, sisters will find each team captain holding up their team number. Once all 5 members are present, the clock will be ticking to strategize your groups plan of attack!

Equipment
Sisters will have an opportunity to engage in biking, kayaks, and paddleboarding. Equipment will be limited. At our home base, enjoy live music, photo opportunities, and engaging questionnaires to get to know your sisters!
37 North will provide all safety equipment as well as sunscreen & bugspray.
Food
Lunch will be served from 12pm-1pm at the main Lake Atalanta Pavillion, catered by Craveable Charcuterie
Snacks & drink stations will also be available
