37 North is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Program Director to lead the development, growth, and delivery of all company programming.
This role oversees our full portfolio of experiences—including youth, corporate, hospitality, private, and community programs—and is responsible for ensuring every experience reflects the quality, professionalism, and hospitality that define the 37 North brand.
The Program Director serves as a member of the leadership team and works closely with our Operations Director, Hospitality Manager, and CEO to grow the business while creating exceptional experiences for every guest.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all youth and adult programming across the company.
  

• Develop new experiences, seasonal offerings, and signature programs.
  

• Manage key client relationships and recurring programming commitments.
  

• Support business development by helping secure new partnerships and opportunities.
  

• Maintain program quality and consistency across all services.
  

• Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure guides, logistics, equipment, and staffing support successful program delivery.
  

• Partner with the Hospitality Manager to ensure every experience reflects the 37 North Way.
  

• Lead select high-profile trips, events, and hospitality experiences.
  

• Contribute to strategic planning and the continued growth of 37 North.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced adventure guide to assist and lead groups on exciting outdoor activities including hiking, biking (gravel, MTB, and greenway) kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the outdoors, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Note: This job is seasonal (est. Apr-Oct).. Guides must be available to work weekends. Weekdays worked are negotiable with weekend availability.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute outdoor adventure activities for clients of all ages and skill levels

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure participant safety

• Provide guidance and leadership to clients, including teaching necessary skills and techniques

• Assist in maintenance and upkeep of equipment used during activities

• Provide excellent customer service

• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure needs are met and questions are answered

• Actively participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

• Drive a 12-15 passenger van and sometimes pull an equipment trailer

• Assist with customer service and rental shifts when events aren’t booked

37 North Expeditions is seeking a part-time or full-time Adventure Concierge to join our Bentonville team.

This role is first and foremost a 37 North Expeditions position, with the Adventure Concierge primarily based at The Compton Hotel, where you'll oversee the adventure desk and serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to experience the best of Northwest Arkansas. Your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional guest service by helping visitors discover, plan, and book curated outdoor adventures throughout the region.

For candidates interested in guiding, there is also the opportunity to lead bike-based tours departing directly from the hotel. These tours include both complimentary guest rides and private guided experiences, allowing you to share Northwest Arkansas' world-renowned trails and outdoor culture. Guiding is an optional component of the position and is not required.

What You'll Do

• Welcome hotel guests and provide personalized recommendations for outdoor activities and local experiences.

• Assist guests with booking adventures through 37 North Expeditions.

• Manage the Adventure Concierge desk at The Compton Hotel.

• Maintain expert knowledge of local trails, cycling routes, outdoor recreation, events, and attractions.

• Build relationships with hotel guests while delivering a high level of hospitality and customer service.

• Lead guided bike tours for hotel guests (optional, based on experience and interest).

• Represent 37 North Expeditions with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for the outdoors.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas outdoor community, including trails, cycling, and recreation opportunities.

• Experience with cycling and the local biking community is highly preferred.

• Previous guiding or outdoor leadership experience is a plus but not required.

• Comfortable working independently while creating memorable guest experiences.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

37 North Expeditions is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Youth Summer Camp Counselors to help lead our outdoor adventure camps for children ages 8–12. Counselors will guide campers through hands-on outdoor experiences while fostering curiosity, confidence, teamwork, and a love for nature.

Summer camps take place at Osage Park and Crystal Bridges and include a wide variety of engaging activities such as hiking, birding, biking, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, and nature-based games. Counselors will help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where campers can explore new skills and build meaningful connections with the outdoors and each other.

Core Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising outdoor activities for campers ages 8–12

• Teaching basic outdoor skills and encouraging curiosity about nature

• Supporting a positive, inclusive, and safe camp environment

• Assisting with equipment organization, activity setup, and camp preparation

• Helping campers build confidence, teamwork, and respect for the natural world

• Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all activities
