Reservations

All trips require registration and payment in advance. We recommend reserving your spot at least 1 week in advance to ensure a space. When space is available, we are happy to take last minute reservations, even on the day before the trip. Just call 417-920-7994.

Confirmation

When you complete your registration and payment, you will immediately receive a receipt. On Thursday before the trip, you will receive a detailed email with the trip’s details. You can always view trip details by looking at the specific trip detail on the website. If you sign up after 9 pm on Wednesday before the trip, you may not receive a separate confirmation email with the details. Make sure to check the website to get all the trip’s details.

Driving to meet

If you want to drive yourself, most trips offer that option with a $7 discount. Please call us at 417-920-7994 if you opt to drive yourself.

WAIT LIST

If a trip is sold out, you can email us asking to put you on the trip’s wait list. If a spot opens, we immediately reach out to our wait list customers. It is first come, first serve from that point on, so make sure to reserve your place quickly.

Refunds & Cancellations

  1. A full refund will be given for any cancellation before 3 weeks before the trip.

  2. No refund will be given within 3 weeks of the scheduled trip, but a full trip credit will be given with at least 10 days notice.

  3. For less than 10 days notice, there is a $20 change fee per person (plus difference in trip price, if any) for a reschedule before 3:00 PM on the Wednesday afternoon before your trip.

  4. No trip credit, or transfer is given for cancellations after 3:00 PM on the Wednesday before your trip.

  5. If a trip is rescheduled or cancelled due to unsafe or unsatisfactory conditions - like weather, road or river conditions, you will be notified via email or text. You will have the option to reschedule, transfer to another trip, or receive a full refund.

Weather Conditions

37 North reserves the right to determine if a trip is needed to be cancelled/altered for any reason. Light rain will not affect the schedule of your trip - just come prepare and bring the right equipment! If there is inclement weather on the day of your trip, your guide may alter the itinerary slightly to avoid any dangerous conditions. If your trip is cancelled due to weather, trail, road or river conditions, you will have the option to reschedule, transfer to another trip, or receive a full refund.

Age Requirement

Check the age requirement for each specific trip. While there are some trips that are kid friendly, all minors need to be accompanied by an adult.

Tipping

While tipping is not required it is a great gesture to show gratitude to your guide if you were happy with the trip overall.
